FX Conver ("we", "our", "the app") is a free, client-side currency conversion tool available at fxconver.com. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data is collected and how it is used.
We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information. FX Conver operates entirely in your browser.
FX Conver stores the following data in your browser's localStorage to remember your preferences between sessions:
· fx-currencies — the list of currencies you have selected
· fx-layout — your preferred display layout
· fx-dark — your light/dark theme preference
· fx-rates-cache — a local cache of the latest exchange rates
This data never leaves your device and can be cleared at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
To provide live exchange rates, the app makes requests to open.er-api.com. These requests do not include any personal information. Please refer to their privacy policy for details on their data handling.
We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics services.
The app loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). Google may log font requests per their own privacy policy. No other third-party scripts are loaded.
FX Conver does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. The app contains no user accounts or data submission forms.
We may update this policy occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
